Mood Swing (May 21-27, 2026)

Hi friends! SAD web editor Phoebe here, back from my gallivant in Southeast Asia and ready to once again bring you the best low-cost art and culture events Vancouver has to offer. Becca did such a great job while I was away, even I was getting No Fun City FOMO while sipping beachside mojitos.

While I love a good vacation as much as the next girl, there’s something so comforting about coming home after a long stint away. It just makes all my usual activities feel new and exciting. I just know my next movie at the Rio, night out dancing at the Lido or dip in a refreshing B.C. lake will feel like the very first time.

Join me in rediscovering all our city has to offer and don't forget to subscribe to the Mood Swing newsletter to get the best low-cost Vancouver arts and culture events straight to your inbox every Thursday!
