Sagittarius is the sign associated with travelling away from the familiar, and it’s the archetype of adventure and growth. Ruled by Jupiter, Sagittarius holds the energy of expansion and good luck. Conversely, Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, the planet of limitations, boundaries, and challenges. Capricorn teaches us that we are finite beings with only so much time and energy. It’s not surprising that the holiday season can feel restrictive for some of us.
